Food for thought ... I wonder do the HR's know why they are recruiting professionals. Lets start from the core.. Do companies have well defined roles and clarity. Someday back I happened to meet with a set of so called recruiters who are on a full time shopping spree.. hiring top end professionals with no well defined role clarity. You won't beilive man its complete funa nd kisk in that organisation its like mockery of peoples talent and skills and its not ridiculous its ludicorous.. if such a word exists Professionals end up coming into a haze mesh within an organisation and being harassed by the organisation asking them to write their own KRAs and role clarity I must say its nasty scene out there.

Should we put the blame on the HR departments of the organisation or the Top management itself who lack vision and clarity themselves.

Its a hot topic, I guess all concerned professionals should discuss and speak openly.
Such organisations and companies should be blacklisted and I request all consultants and hiring agencies to be careful while handling such clients they may as well bring bad reputations to you guys .

I welcome people who have faced such incidents in big time organisations and any organisation of any size to post their experiences. Ofcourse you are welcomed to keep your identities undisclosed if you feel so.
