Our present attitudes are habits, built from the feedback of parents, friends, society and self, that form our self-image and our world-image.

These attitudes are maintained by the inner conversations we constantly have with ourselves, both consciously and subconsciously.

The first step in changing our attitudes is to change our inner conversations

Inner conversations are the thought flow keep happening in us when we are free or otherwise thinking. They are formed by what we see, listen and talk. They can be brought to happiness, by seeing, hearing and talking good things. i e reading epical novels like Ramayan, Mahabharat, Bible, Khuran anything like that. That inspire us a lot. Making good friends also helps us a lot. Taking life seriously also do help.

Please read a blog" Managing Your Attitude In The Workplace" Posted By Aditya on 16-04-2008 in the Blog Category Others in www.indiacareerblog.com He wrote, In simple terms an attitude is simply an individual’s way of thinking. The way you think is the most important ability that one possesses.

inner voice always help to curb the problem but now the days where the intuition work with burdens, responsibility spoils the ethical practices in the fields
Sunaina J | Posted on: May 24, 2008

People shud start investing in their thinking process. In their thoughts. All the feelings grow from the thinking that we do. You wanna be confident and successful, you gotta be thinking about it. The attitude, the happiness, the success all shape up at this grass root level of thinking. We ve this ability to think wat is good and wat is wrong. By keeping a check on this thoughts we let our mind to a positive environment. Its like keeping away the weeds and nurturing the needed plants.

Thanks for the wonderful remarks of atttude and innerconversations.Little Improvisation on your comment I think is that there are two diversions on this point.one's attitude or charecter is not only shaped by his reference groups such as family, friend, society or the community he or she belongs to which we can maintain or change for further development but also there are some basic attitudes or charecters geneticaly inherited for the parents cannot be changed by normal people.

I agree , yet I wd like to add that inner converstaions would never change significantly unless one chooses / forces himself/herself to be out that negative environment that has been constantly dragging oneself backwards. Thus, according to me if one wants to change that negative inner voice , he must Start identifying strenghts , no matter how tiny and insignificant and capitalize on them , develop a belief in his goods and leave the company of those who critcize and discourage.

inner conversation is when we are not talking to somebody actually, sitting and thinking then at that time what we say to ourselves. If you will start noticing, u will find that before saying any thing to anybody, or doing anything, before taking any action,we say many things to ourselves related to that setuation or action that is inner coversation. If that is positive, couragious and motivation that clears many hurdles in your life, and opens new path for u, if that is negative then.......
