Why to remove experienced persons to bring new ones?

hi friends i want to share my confusion with u .Few days ago i was reading the newspaper suddenly a question arrived in my mind i.e
Why to remove experienced persons to bring new ones?
Most of the Indian Industries and institutions are doing this rough practice whenever a new executive joins with his new ideas and replaces most of the old experienced persons to bring the new ones of his/her desire. This does not mean to oppose new people but not on cost of others. These all old experienced people do very well when they join a new organisation. This shows there is something wrong somewhere. |

hi sunil i know exp person is going to replace by young person .Well in my opinion its not bad a strategy because youngsters
* are having lot of energy
* they are coming up with new ideas
* they are technical strong as compare to exp

hello sunil, yes its true when new persons come and join the industry.,then its fact that the experienced persons are removed.....i believe that this is not the correct thing to do....coz as such experienced people are got much experience and the new people who are more energetic....they are but are they fool that they hav got so much of experience and still they are working.......so i think when new people join that should not affect the experienced people....who are working there already...... | |
