The Group of ‘Oil Reach People’ was looking for new areas of investment which should take care of their personal thrills, interest. Majority of people were engaged in lots of charity work for the society. Every one knows that the input what they were putting was not going to come back. Some were engaged with lots real investment in many countries like US, UK, CANADA. Some were engaged with lots of sports activity like development of Clubs. All said , there is not thrill in life. Majority of people belong to Arabic countries like Saudi Arabia, Oman, Otter, Sudan, Africa, Asian Countries.
So the power of money, human resource was available for them. What was not available to them was access to large weapons like tanks, long range missile, technologically advanced missile, surface-to-air and air-to-air missiles. Most of the countries do not have sufficient funds to cater to the needs of air defense. Infrastructural defiance was very week compared with G8 nations group.
Due to lack of educational facility most of the countries have uneducated, poor class were depending on group of ‘Oil Reach People’. 90% of the people have only access to only Muslim MADARACE which used to give basic education to reading and righting in their local language. These MADARSE were depending on the funds from Rich Muslim people. This was perfect condition for developments for terrorist. GORP realizes this and decided to take advantage of this situation. GORP initially formed privet security network for GORP members.
GORP was looking for motif to mobilize large number of the Society to their personal interest. They studied the mentality of this sector and found that regions of this major class was Muslim and can motivated with the help of Mullah and Malawi from various Masjid.
GORP had strong hold on this Mullah and Malawi from various Masjid. They know that lack of education, unemployment lack of money power did not allow large number of group from the society to think against the religion. Many mosques provide one time food for these poor. Lot of poor people get their work at the time of NAMAZ at Mosque. In one way it was sort of market place for work hunters. Work hunters of this class are ready for any kind work like (extortion work, as mercenary). GORP found motif to mobilize this class of society and that was Jihad (Religious warfare or a war for the propagation or defense of Islam). This lead to form a group called ‘Al-Qyida’ and was responsible for squiring interest of Muslim people. This organization was funded from GORP and motivated for interest Muslim religion.
