Once a product or service is invented, the next basic step is to plan a meaningful strategy to it! A good planning strategy can increase your sale by few 100%! Excited? Of course you will be because profitable sales are affected by number of externals and internals factor which can increase your sales to sky, or can decrease them to grounds. Appointed marketing manager should take effective and rational decisions

Now the next question which arises is what your plan should have and what it is all about? Well, a proficient plan is one which is made carefully which analyze why precedent plans were successful or not? A plan is a document which has previous record based strategy of a company. An analysis of STEP factors and SWOT analysis.

Now you have to specify that how plan would be controlled and how result should be specified. Then compare your plans with traditional methods of planning to E-Marketing plan, and consider the changes necessary to make.

We must keep in mind that there are some universal rules of planning which are same for all companies’ irrespective of there size. The only different in large size and small size companies is that in small size companies less paper work has to be done, as there are many few sub-ordinates and workers who have to implement those plans. On the other hand, in large size company, large amount of formal paper work has to be done keeping in mind that every one should be involved in given plan for company.

The standard plans have some stages which are as follows:-

# In the first stage, company generally make out the plan and express what they want out of plan and how they expect things will work for them.
# it is necessary to have direct aims.
# after collecting relevant information, the next step is to focus on the available competition and list on the advantages and drawback of those companies.
# After collecting data, make the necessary changes needed to be made.
# we should analyze the best possible plan available
# It is important to have owner’s trust and support while marketing manager is making a plan

Now let us consider an e-market plan.

An e-market plan has 4 step simple strategies to it, namely,

1) Strategic planning

The emphasis should be on changing needs of consumers, keeping eye on competitors and opportunities of new technology available.

2) Defining strategic planning

You must have particular aims (make sure they are smart) you must see benefits of online activities to your company’s turnover

3) Formulating strategies

Many issues are look while doing this. Some of them are Make plan for target markets, Positioning and separating strategies, Fix attention and do efforts on CRM and economic contracts, Have programs for product development, Promote business models with confirmed programs for new products and services have pricing rates, Need of little company’s restructuring, Change means of communications, Implementing strategies.

These were the basic tips which you can follow to make a good marketing strategy.
