Preferable Candidates from ICICI / HDFC / CITI/YES/Kotak Mahindra / Axis Banks

Job Requirements

Salary: Best in Industry. Negotiable according the individual experience/expertise.

Experience : 8-12 yrs in financial services or Banking industry • Graduate/MBA


Reporting To: National Sales Manager

Location: Chennai

JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Proper credit underwriting, to ensuring that deserving customers gets the adequate financing while keeping ! out the ineligible ones.
• Develop strong channel of FOS, DST and other sales channels and maintain the team size in all the branches by controlling the branch heads in the region.
• Assign separate responsibilities to all the branch and ensure they function correctly.
• Maintaining the level of sales and ensuring that the targets are achieved and sales sustain a steady growth.
• Maintain the profitability, control the costs. Take corrective action when necessary.
• Evaluating the contribution and performance of each sales channel and pull up non-performing channels! .
Evaluating the performance of the different sales teams and processing their salaries.
• Training the teams on a monthly basis, test their knowledge on the product and update them.
• Conducting surprise and spot contests to keep the teams motivated.
• Evaluating the performance of the branch under the region and conducting appraisals
Controlling the delinquency – Regional level.
• Conducting micro marketing activities to increase the brand visibility and monitoring the benefits.
• Monitoring the competition
• Ensuring that the branches are kept updated with various credit tools to detect and prevent fraud
• Ensuring the branches in the region have proper control on the field for sales and collections to monitor performance.

Must Have experience in Back of Office Management

Periodical review/meeting/Ensuring the branches to work of newly development innovative sales strategies.

Ensuring the profitability for the entire region and maintaining healthy competition among the branches.
