so in the age of this huge requirements still some talented person's are either job less or toiling hard for that.May be it's bcoz of current hiring scenario now companies r in the attempt of reducing thier hiring cost per candidate....

i just tried very much to get a damn call from the companies so that i can explore myself but i did'nt get it. i m not from a very good back grnd so that i can reach to chennai,bng'lore and stay at such a expensive place.
now i m doing some sort of s/w devlopment course & perhaps i would run my own company!!!!
