Navratras are going on.. So do u keep fast? Some keep first & last, some all!!

Dont you think that Fast doesnt look like as FAST.. i mean for eg ,take my aunty,she is on fast for these 7 days & she eats more on these days as compare to normal days , she hav aloo chat, aloo tikki, chawal, aloo ki sabzi,fruits, chips,namkeen(vrat wali) etc etc... & still she says "Mera VRAT hai Aaj", ab yeh kaisa vrat hai...
I know there are many people like my aunty!!
