The title of the blog comes from the most cliched question interviewers ask. I am basically a selector not for BCCI thank god but for one of the banks and life is all about hiring in huge numbers. This is an exciting job as i get to meet 50 odd people on an average every day and get to know how they always dreamt about working in a bank and other such paraphranelia.
By the way i never ask tell me something about yourself....... |

I think you have not completed the "blog". Thanks god that you don't ask that sort of "stupid" question! Actually, the interviewers forget that they are in the "position" to know about the prospect. It his/her responsibility to judge the person.
