Started HR career as Management Trainee in the year 1997. Initial posting was in Personnel Department of Durgapur Steel Plant, a steel production unit of SAIL with 20000 employees.
Transferred in 2002 to Central Marketing Organisation an unit of SAIL catering to centralized marketing of all products of different units.
In addition to regular HR activities such as IR and employee establishment matters the new assignment also had additional responsibilities such as handling administrative functions involving contract administration and Management of Contract Labour of eleven locations in key operations of Warehouses.
Recently have been identified as “Young Manager” for leadership roles and have been deputed exclusively for developing Dealership Network as part of a core team. I desire Desires to grow professionally by having exposure to new HR assignments
