hi
thats a hard reality, lets accept the faultlines in Indian HR systems...
Dont u see MCA/Engineers are working as data entry operators...Does that mean the engineer/MCA grads had no talent/creatity to contribute in organisation.....
Our HR guys just play it safe, are very risk averse, and the companies not to say are just spoiling them...
Our companies are more concerned about the past of candidate than the present and future potential of a candidate.
This attitude should change to take India to 10rowth path YOY.
I think u have rich experience and you deserve good opportunities.
best of luck... |

Raghav,
I would rather think that it hardly a problem. I am sure there are many over qualified like you. But to talk about your profile, I think it will suit just anywhere. For instance, in a call centre or BPO you can straightaway apply without a hitch. If you are from Hyderabad, I can help you by giving you a host of contact nos. These guys can help and I am sure about it.

hi!
i know somebody who came down to delhi at the age of 42, just with his M.Sc degree and few years of experience in teaching at his home village. here in delhi he did his MBA and MCA through distance learning, a language course and oracle. and just after 2-3 years i.e is now he is working with Reliance as project manager!
If he can do that you can also because you are much younger than him!! just cover up ur shortcomings and cheer up!!
ALL THE VERY BEST! |
