I had joined HCL in 2004.
Within this short period i had got 2 promotions.
But i have to grow in the the field of UNIX.
Hence continuously trying for the change in profile.Definelty this quarter my plans are already fixed for success.
Nothing very easily getting to me.
But I am getting & successive.
