Net4 India, a provider of IP Communications Services and Solutions, announced its entry in the security services business with the launch of a new service - Net4 Secure.
Net4Secure is an automated security auditing service for websites and online applications.
“This year we are focused on new product and service launches, innovative service plans, technical collaborations and continued investments in research and development. The launch of Net4 Secure is in-line with our goals for this year,” said Jasjit Sawhney, Chairman and CEO, Net4 India.

Net4Secure is an application service that could be availed by a business or an individual to understand and be aware of the possible security loopholes in their website or online content and related applications.

In addition Net4 along with Appin Security Group (an IIT Delhi incubated company) would offer a range of security services which include auditing, penetration testing, specialized security consulting, security policy formulation, and development of bespoke security software for an organization.

“Net4, in technical partnership with Appin would offer cyber security services to websites and/or any online applications by way of ethical hacking - an approach adopted with the permission of a client, to see the possibilities of all lapses in security from an ‘unethical hackers’ view,” said Sawhney.

Net4 will initially target its own vast customer base of 75000 hosted websites, over 700 data center customers and over 200,000 registered domain names.
