Dear friend
Now a days so many engineering coleges are in the market and a lot of students are coming out from them with a tag of B-tech. But the people like me who have started their career with diploma engineer certfication are also very much ambitious.Now I want to know from all of you that what shoud be done by us to bring our self on the top . |

hi suneel,
as competetion increasing, try to get into some jab, gain good experience, be master in one field and there you are settled. nowdays recruiters looking for peopl who have got experience but not the qualification. and comes to payment also, u can see diploma people are getting payed more than degree holders do. so just be an expert on something and then go for higher education. now wasting time is loosing evrything.

hi sunil , u know one thing that diploma holders are always more intelligent as compare to degree(graduation) because they have practicle knowledge .But it is good for u if will do graduation . | |
