This happened with me when I went for a fresher interview for ASP.NET in a news paper Company( i wont take the name for security reasons...lol i sounds like a person from media).So wat happened was...There were 4 guys out of which 1 guy was a North Indian and he was responsible to ask me technical questions i guess. Wat happened was, my interview started quite well and when the technical part of interview came..this man started talking...n blieve me guys i dint understand anything wat he asked(my friends also hav the same reaction)...he was like pronouncing Query Analyzer as "COGNIZER" and messed up all the things....At last he said that i have 0 Technical knowledge...U tell me guys....if the Interviewer is such a Brand Model who dnt knw how to pronouce then how can a person intercepts him and answer him accordingly...

So guys these things also happen.....JUST REMEMBER THAT INTERVIEWER IS THERE AT HIS POSITION ONLY COZ HE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN HIS FIELD...so v hav to b best in our respective field and acknowledge our candidates or juniors if he fails in front of us....u never knw for wat reason he/she have failed......
