He had been the National Brand Advisor to AIESEC India, an International Student Organization.
Xavier was the founder editor of Businessgyan, has done freelance writing for Express Computers and has been a content consultant for a Singapore based e-commerce portal.
He has been a member of Board of studies of COMMITS, a new Convergence media institute in Bangalore and Symbiosis Institute of Mass Communication.
He is a member of the Board of Governors of ISB & M, Pune.
